Delivery for In-Stock Pieces:

1. All orders over 100 CHF will be shipped free of charge via Swiss Post.
2. Orders below CHF 35 have a CHF 2 shipping fee, orders between CHF 35 and 99 have a CHF 5 shipping fee, will be shipped via Swiss Post.
3. If the items are large, such as silver artifacts, the delivery cost will be calculated based on the actual charges by Swiss Post.

Deliveries are made within 2-3 working days and can be tracked using a tracking number.

Delivery for Custom Jewellery Pieces:
For jewellery pieces customized to your specifications, we follow the process of design finalisation followed by CAD approval and dimensions finalisation, only after which the product is set to production. Depending on the design, delivery may take 4-12 weeks after the CAD and dimensions are finalised.
For us, every piece needs full attention and transparency. That is why, we ask your patience during this process. From stone finalisation to product finishing, we check the jewellery piece at every step and hence the production time is a bit longer. We request for your patience during this time.
