Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have one store in New Delhi, India. Please refer to our Story section.

Is the jewellery hallmarked and certified?

Yes, the jewellery is always hallmarked for the metal purity and diamonds are certified on demand from the desired lab (GIA / IGI). When a solitaire is bought, it comes with a default certification from GIA / IGI.

On what variables can you customise?

Based on the design and requirements of the clients, it is possible to customise on following elements:

    • Colour of gold
    • Diamond quality
    • Rhodium polish
    • Finish (Matte/High Polish/Any other)
    • Size/Dimensions

However, depending upon the jewellery piece, it may be possible that one or more of the above is not feasible. We treat each requirement with utmost detailing and care to ensure client needs are met.

Can you fit the client's budget?

With our wide experience in the industry with various stones, metals and techniques, we hope to fulfil your demand within your defined budget. We have a wide range of products to offer and sure we can create a piece within your budget.

How can the client be sure of quality?

We pay specific attention to the quality of our products from purity of metal, to quality of diamonds, to polishing and finishing. We check each product for its grips, prongs and also maintain standards that are prevalent in markets across the globe. With our manufacturing network servicing many international markets such as Dubai, Singapore, USA, Qatar, Kuwait etc. we maintain the highest quality of products.

Where can you deliver?

We deliver all over Switzerland.

What is the delivery time?

Based on the product, the delivery period ranges between one week and 6-8 weeks. For customised pieces, naturally, we need 6-8 weeks to get the product of your wish to you. The delivery period starts from the date of finalising the design and signing of the CAD image by the client.

What is your return policy?

A return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
To initiate a return, please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, without any signs of wear or damage. It is important not to remove any labels or protective films. Additionally, please remember to include all relevant documents such as certificates, guarantee cards, operating instructions, and any other accompanying materials when returning the product.

Items that have been engraved, altered, worn, or damaged, along with custom-made products and gift cards, are ineligible for return.
