As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of working experience with leading global companies such as Vodafone, Cognizant Technologies and Credit Suisse AG, she brings her process oriented mindset, acute business acumen and ability to understand and conceptualise the customer needs.
Shikha has in the past created her own jewellery brand for e-commerce platforms in India as well as for export business back in 2013. Shikha has been living in Switzerland for the past 10 years and has a strong grip on the European demand, well versed with quality standards prevalent in Europe and all certifications/hallmarking requirements in the local market.
Shikha speaks German, Hindi and English and is uniquely placed to understand the requirements of the local market in Europe and convert it for the manufacturing network in India to create exact specification products for the clients.
Harish Khandelwal started his journey with jewellery trading in 1963. He has been instrumental in increasing the size of the business and also diversified it into gold and diamond. He is still actively involved in the day to day affairs of the business.
Harish has been associated with Kapur Jewels from ideation stage and now supporting us at every step of conceptualising the details of the business.
