Returns / Exchange

We attach great importance to the quality of our jewellery. Ordered products are checked with the utmost care and undergo several quality controls before they leave our premises.

This is the only way to create a unique shopping experience for our customers.

However, if you still wish to return a product, please send an email to info@kapurjewels.com and inform us the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Do you need exchange or refund of the purchase price?

Please make sure that this information is also included in your return package.

The products must be sent back within 14 days after receipt to the following addresses:

Please note the following for returns:

  • The products must be returned in their original packaging , unworn and undamaged. 
  • Labels and protective films must not be removed. 
  • All documents such as certificates, warranty cards, operating instructions, etc. must be enclosed with the return.
  • It shows no signs of use or dirt
  •  The goods must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • Kapur Jewels accepts no liability for colour deviations.
  • There is no right of return for any pieces of jewellery that have been personalized (engraved) or made especially for you (Custom Jewellery). Engraved, altered, worn or damaged goods as well as custom-made items and gift cards cannot be returned.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?
From the date of receipt (the first delivery attempt counts as receipt), you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. To do so, you must inform us (info@kapurjewels.com ) by letter or email, of your decision to send the goods back to us.

EXCHANGE
Please send the piece of jewellery back to us in its original packaging to the address mentioned above. Please enclose a letter with your order number, desired delivery address and details of the desired exchange.
WHO BEARS THE COSTS FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?
The customer (You) will have to cover the costs of returning the goods. 

REFUND?
As soon as we have received the goods in their original packaging, within the return period and in a resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, the refund may take 10-15 days.
UNANNOUNCED RETURNS
If you send a product back to us without prior notice, we will not be able to process the return correctly. In addition, there is no clear withdrawal from the contract without a written cancellation. For this reason, unannounced returns will not be processed.
RETURNS WITHOUT SENDER OR ORDER NUMBER

In order for the return to be processed, the order number and customer address must be visible. 
If you send a product back to us without a sender or order number, we will not be able to correctly assign the return. For this reason, returns without information about the buyer or the order number will not be processed.
