We attach great importance to the quality of our jewellery. Ordered products are checked with the utmost care and undergo several quality controls before they leave our premises.
This is the only way to create a unique shopping experience for our customers.
However, if you still wish to return a product, please send an email to info@kapurjewels.com and inform us the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Do you need exchange or refund of the purchase price?
Please make sure that this information is also included in your return package.

Please note the following for returns:
- The products must be returned in their original packaging , unworn and undamaged.
- Labels and protective films must not be removed.
- All documents such as certificates, warranty cards, operating instructions, etc. must be enclosed with the return.
- It shows no signs of use or dirt
- The goods must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Kapur Jewels accepts no liability for colour deviations.
- There is no right of return for any pieces of jewellery that have been personalized (engraved) or made especially for you (Custom Jewellery). Engraved, altered, worn or damaged goods as well as custom-made items and gift cards cannot be returned.

In order for the return to be processed, the order number and customer address must be visible.
If you send a product back to us without a sender or order number, we will not be able to correctly assign the return. For this reason, returns without information about the buyer or the order number will not be processed.
